FREE Compulsory Face Masks

With masks now mandatory in all UK stores the high-street is waiting with baited breath to see if this new addition to public safety will impact on the retail sector. Will shoppers decide to keep buying online, as they did during the lock-down, rather than walking around with a mask on their face? The retail industry is one of the biggest industries to be negatively impacted from the COVID-19 pandemic. Now just as the lock-down is easing and things are slowly getting back to normal on the high-street, this new health precaution (wearing a mask in all shops), which is a legal requirement, could see the industry knocked again.

FREE Masks To All Our In-Store Vape Shop Customers

To help customers The Vape Shop has acquired masks that will be offered FREE to all customers that enter our vape stores, if they have forgotten to bring one out with them. While it is not mandatory to wear a mask when outside in public, a member of the public must wear one when entering any store. This new mask law comes into play on the 24th July 2020. We envisage that a lot of people will forget or not be aware of this requirement initially, especially in the first couple of weeks. So if you buy your e liquids or vape products from our high-street vape shops don’t worry. We can provide you with a free triple ply mask that you can wear while in our stores and take with you when you leave.

Along with offering free masks we also provide all customers access to Purell Advanced hand sanitiser and apply social distancing access and positioning while inside our shops. So far, everybody has been accepting and encouraging of the new in-store Covid safety guidelines that help protect them and our staff.

Safe Online Vape ShopOnline Vape Shopping Is Safest

Shopping online for your vape products is not as fun as walking into a shop and viewing products directly. The benefit of talking to knowledgeable vape staff, face to face, does not transfer over to the web with the equivalent being the online chat being which is a poor comparison. However, shopping online for your vape products IS the safest option when it comes to protecting yourself against catching the dreaded COVID-19. The Vape Shop has an online vape shop that is easy to use and offers a wider selection of e liquid and vape products than you can get in-store.

Don’t Like The Postage Fees?

If, like most people, you don’t like the added cost of postage being added onto your vape purchase online then The Vape Shop offers the extra option to purchase and pay online and collect in-store. In choosing this option the customer simply needs to come to the shop door and give their order number/name and collect the pre-packaged goods they have already purchased. This avoids having to come into the shop and reduces any interaction with staff and other customers. It’s also a free option which bypasses the postage fees.
