In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Buyer has a right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the Goods, provided the Goods are unopened and in original packaging. Used goods are non-returnable except where they are faulty. The Seller reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price.

Nicotine Warning: Consult a healthcare professional before using e-liquids, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from medical conditions. Nicotine is highly addictive and can be harmful.
E-Liquid Safety: The Vape Shop’s e-liquids are UK-made, using only pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. Flavor experiences may vary by individual.
Potential Side Effects: Users may experience side effects similar to those from smoking tobacco due to nicotine. Seek medical advice if adverse reactions occur.
Reporting of side effects

Warranty Period
The Vape Shop provides the following in-shop warranties from the date of purchase:
Batteries: 1-month warranty
Clearomizers/Atomisers/Tanks: 2-week warranty
Chargers: 1-month warranty
E-Liquids: No refund or return
Warranty claims are valid only if accompanied by proof of purchase and if the Buyer has adhered to all product care and usage instructions provided at the time of sale. The Vape Shop reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
In addition to in-shop warranties, certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of up to six months. Once The Vape Shop’s warranty period expires, any issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. The Vape Shop can assist by providing the necessary contact information to facilitate the manufacturer warranty process.
Product Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, as well as any applicable restocking fee. Returns of consumable products like e-liquids are accepted only if the product is faulty or defective.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and using Goods from The Vape Shop, the Buyer acknowledges and assumes the inherent risks associated with vaping products, which may include health risks and the possibility of product malfunctions. The Buyer agrees to follow all product safety guidelines and to use the products at their own risk. The Vape Shop’s liability is limited to the value of the Goods sold and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages except as required by law.
Product Use and Risks
The Vape Shop shall not be held liable for any injury or damage arising from improper use or handling of products, particularly lithium-ion batteries. The Buyer agrees to accept full responsibility for the risks associated with these batteries, including hazards like overheating, fire, and explosion, which may result from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
E-Liquid Flavour Preferences
The Vape Shop does not guarantee that Buyers will find e-liquid flavours to their personal liking or that the flavours will match individual expectations. As taste is highly subjective, individual experiences of flavours will vary. Refunds or returns will not be issued based on personal dissatisfaction with flavour.

All images displayed on TheVapeShop.co.uk are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, e-liquid packaging may vary in design, appearance, and size from the images shown on our website.

Buyers must be 18 or older to purchase from The Vape Shop. Orders will be subject to age verification using various databases. In cases where automated verification fails, additional identification may be required. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation without notice.

Goods supplied within the UK will typically be delivered within 2 to 7 working days, while international deliveries may take up to 15 working days. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Registered customers earn loyalty points on TheVapeShop.co.uk for qualifying purchases. Points are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Points expire after 90 days.
The Vape Shop reserves the right to amend or end the program at any time without notice. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and may be cancelled if terms are breached or items are returned.
