My name\u2019s Alistair, and I’m a 44-year-old lorry driver from Fife, Scotland. For two decades, I was a committed smoker, puffing away about 20 cigarettes a day. My job takes me on long hauls across the UK, and those endless hours on the road made quitting smoking feel nearly impossible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When my wee lad was born in 2017, I knew I had to make a change. I tried everything: nicotine patches, hypnotherapy, you name it.
